Care Possible gives individuals the flexibility to choose and plan their own home care. Care Possible was created with safety top of mind, ensuring everyone in our community can access trusted and reliable care.

The Vetting Process

Care Possible understands that choosing a care provider requires a high level of trust. To build that trust, all care providers undergo a rigorous vetting process.

  • Registration with contact information: Care providers must register with an email address, phone number, and physical address, ensuring that their identity is verifiable.

  • Background checks: Care providers complete a thorough background check, including criminal record checks, child and adult abuse registry checks, and vulnerable sector checks.

  • Detailed profiles: Care providers create profiles that outline their qualifications, experience, and interests. Profiles can include references, enabling clients to make well-informed decisions.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful and safe community, Care Possible has established a comprehensive Code of Conduct. It outlines expectations and guidelines and encourages users to report any issues, ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly. The Code of Conduct also discourages any illegal or harmful activities.

Anyone who does not adhere to Care Possible’s Code of Conduct may be removed from the platform.

Reviews and Ratings

Feedback is incredibly valuable to us and helps the Care Possible community make informed decisions, fostering trust and accountability.

A care provider can be given an anonymous star rating based on their professionalism, punctuality, how supportive they are, their trustworthiness, and whether the client would recommend them. Clients can also choose to leave a written review, which includes their first name, telling the Care Possible community about their personal experience with a care provider.

This system empowers clients to make informed decisions and encourages care providers to maintain a high level of service quality.

Incident Reporting

Safety is of paramount importance at Care Possible. We ask all clients to report any incidents that occur during a visit. Reporting of incidents is used as a learning opportunity for care providers, clients and their families, and determine whether any further action is required from our customer experience team.

Liability Insurance

Another layer of assurance for the Care Possible community is professional liability insurance. All care providers are covered by professional liability insurance for services provided through Care Possible.

Care Possible is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of both care providers and care recipients. Our Customer Experience Team is trained to offer support, address concerns, and keep everyone in our community safe.
